Platon Schools Complete Second Cycle of OrganKits Activities
The second cycle of the Erasmus+ OrganKits project was successfully completed at Platon Schools in Greece, with students diving deeper into science through hands-on learning and real anatomical models.

In this phase, students explored the CardioHealth, MentalHealth, and SportsHealth kits, learning about the heart, brain, and how exercise affects the body. Working with plastinated organs helped them better understand how the human body works and how science connects to real life. The experience made STEM lessons more engaging, practical, and fun.
In the same period, Platon Schools welcomed visiting schools from abroad, offering students a chance to learn together through international collaboration. During the visit, students used the NutriHealth kit to study the digestive system, using real models of the stomach, small intestine, and large intestine and learn how food moves through the body and how nutrients are absorbed.
This second cycle showed just how powerful hands-on learning can be, and how much students can gain when science education becomes a shared, international experience.
