Organkits at the 7th OPEN SPACE of the European University Foundation (EUF)
The 7th edition of the “Open Space” organized by the European University Foundation was hosted by the University of Murcia from May 28 to 31, 2024. This event brought together over 50 participants from approximately 25 European universities, all experts in the development of international projects, particularly those funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ program.
Organkits Presentation
At the event, Organkits showcased its project in the poster gallery, an ideal platform for disseminating and sharing best practices and outcomes of international EU projects across all educational sectors. Organkits has developed six innovative educational kits comprising Educational Guides and real Plastinated Organs, designed as new resources for STEAM education.
Engagement and Interest
The participants expressed great curiosity and amazement at the Organkits products. They were particularly interested in the organ plastination process, the design of the kits, and their integration into secondary school educational projects. Numerous questions were raised regarding these aspects, reflecting the high level of engagement and interest from the attendees.
Impact and Opportunities
This four-day international event provided an excellent opportunity to showcase the outstanding results of the Organkits project to the educational community, as well as to managers and promoters of Erasmus+ projects. The exchange of knowledge and experiences during the event highlights the potential for these innovative educational tools to enhance STEAM education and contribute to the success of international educational initiatives.
